The Bourbon Group Line Cook position is committed to creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Line Cooks are always on time and prepared for their shift. The Bourbon Group Line Cook position is committed to consistently creating an exceptional product and focusing on a high standard of quality in all aspects of their day-to-day responsibilities including but not limited to preparation of recipes and menu items, sanitation, and safety compliance. The Bourbon Group Line Cook should have the ability to prepare recipes quickly, accurately, and consistently and have exceptional time management skills. The Bourbon Group Line Cook is expected to promote teamwork by cooperating with management and collaborating whenever possible with other team members.

Job Summary
- Full-Time Line Cook Starting $17-$20/hour
- Stock and set up kitchen stations
- Prepare food including cleaning and cutting, ingredients and cooking main dishes, sandwiches, sides, salad, and snacks
- Plating prepared foods based on Chef’s guidance
- Working with the expo to ensure that orders are completed according to The Bourbon Group standards and on time
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
- Two (2) years previous cooking experience in a professional and fast-paced environment preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate (or must be willing to obtain)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team play with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
- Bourbon Group offers medical, dental, and vision benefits to all of our full-time (30+ hours/week) Team Members. The Bourbon Group pays 65% of medical for qualified Team Members. Eligibility begins the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Perks: Team Members receive 50% off meals on and off shift. This discount extends to 3 guests when dining off duty. Discount is available at all our locations.

- Paid Vacation: Management receives two weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation increases to three weeks following 5 years of employment.
